What is the Trunk or Treat?
Nantucket Skating Club’s Trunk or Treat is a fun, family-friendly Halloween event where volunteers decorate the trunks of their cars and hand out candy to children. Families can walk from trunk to trunk, show off their costumes, enjoy public skating, and participate in Halloween-themed games and activities. It provides a safe and festive place for island families to trick-or-treat and celebrate together!
Who does it help?
All proceeds from Trunk or Treat benefit the Nantucket Skating Club and help support Learn to Skate, advanced skating classes, freestyle sessions, and the Island Waves synchronized skating team. Funds raised help offset the cost of ice time, coaching, equipment, competitions, and other program expenses, allowing us to keep skating accessible and affordable for Nantucket families.

Nantucket Ice Holiday Show
Performance from the Learn to Skate Basic Skills and Popsicles Skaters. The Nantucket Island Waves Synchronized Skating Team, Solos, Duets, Trios & Ice Hockey Performance by the Nantucket Nor’easters!
After the performance you can join for a Holiday Skate!
Admission (includes Holiday Skate)

2023 New England Synchronized Skating Open
The Nantucket Island Waves will be competing in their first competition at the 2023 New England Synchronized Skating Open the evening of December 8th.

A new Stroll event hosted by Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce. There will be food, drinks, local performers & music!
